Daylily ‘Big Time Happy’

Big Time Happy is a reblooming daylily with light lemon-yellow, ruffled blooms that are noticeably larger than the old Stella types, carried on compact clumps of grassy foliage about 18 inches tall. It starts in late spring and keeps sending up flushes through summer.

Plant it in full sun to part sun in any decent soil. Water while it establishes, then it tolerates drought and ignores rabbits. Remove spent scapes to push the next round of bloom. It masses well and brightens the front of a sunny bed.
