‘Abbey's Review’ rhododendron carries pink to violet trusses on a dense, upright evergreen frame that reaches 6–7 feet tall and 5–6 feet wide, giving a substantial presence without the sprawl of older forms.

Give it morning sun or high shade and plant it high, in acidic, organic soil that drains freely, then mulch generously to keep the roots cool. Use it as a woodland edge or a background shrub in a bed that stays shaded through the afternoon.
