About this plant
Wax leaf ligustrum is the glossy all-rounder: thick, polished evergreen leaves, fragrant white early-summer panicles, and cheerful tolerance of shearing, drought, and neglect.
Sun to part shade in any drained soil. Hedge it, screen it, or limb it into a small patio tree — 8–10 feet of dependable structure.
