‘Taylor's Perfection’ is a williamsii hybrid bearing large, soft-pink semi-double flowers in late winter; the real advantage is its spent blooms drop cleanly rather than browning on the bush. It flowers freely and steadily on a graceful, upright shrub.

Williamsii hybrids handle morning sun or high shade with afternoon protection, preferring acidic, well-drained soil. Site it where it catches winter light — a woodland edge, north-facing foundation bed, or the shadier side of an evergreen border.
