Piglet is a true dwarf fountain grass, a dense little mound of fine green blades that stays under two feet even with the flowers up. The foxtail plumes arrive in late summer in soft buff and keep their shape well into autumn.

Full sun, and no fuss about soil once it has rooted in. Small enough for a container or the front edge of a bed, where a full-size fountain grass would shoulder everything else aside. Take it down to a couple of inches in late winter.
