Sharry Baby is an Oncidium orchid famous for its fragrance: branching sprays of small burgundy-and-white blooms that smell convincingly of chocolate, strongest in the morning. A mature plant can carry dozens of flowers on tall spikes, and the show lasts for weeks.

Grow it in bright, indirect light in a bark-based orchid mix, watering as the mix approaches dryness, roughly weekly indoors. It appreciates decent humidity and a gentle drop in night temperature, which also helps trigger new spikes. Feed lightly and often rather than heavily, and repot when the bark breaks down.
