Variegated creeping fig is a fine-textured evergreen vine with small, heart-shaped leaves edged in creamy white. Sold in our Toe Ticklers line, it works as a delicate trailing filler, but its real talent is climbing: given a masonry wall it clings on its own and covers the surface in green and cream.

Give it part sun to sun and average, well-drained soil, with steady water while young. In a sheltered Birmingham spot it stays evergreen through typical winters. Trim as needed to keep it in bounds; it also drapes nicely from containers and window boxes.
