About this plant
Pugster Pinker is a dwarf butterfly bush that keeps full-sized flower heads on a plant only about 2 feet tall and 3 wide. The dense pink spikes are lightly fragrant and run from late spring through summer, pulling in butterflies, bees, and hummingbirds.
Its thick, sturdy stems give it better winter hardiness than most small buddleias. Grow it in full sun with reasonable drainage, cut it back in early spring since it blooms on new wood, and enjoy a pollinator plant that fits foundation beds and containers.
