Pardon Me is a compact daylily with rich cranberry-red blooms, each with a yellow-green throat, on stems around eighteen inches. It is a proven rebloomer, opening flush after flush from early summer onward, and the smaller scale suits front-of-border spots and containers.

Like all daylilies it is nearly indestructible: full sun to light afternoon shade, any reasonable soil, and real drought tolerance once established. Snap off spent scapes to tidy the clump and encourage rebloom. Divide every three or four years to keep flowering heavy.
