Krimson Queen is a variegated wax plant with thick, glossy leaves margined in cream and blushed pink; new growth often emerges fully pink. It trails and twines on wiry stems, and mature plants produce clusters of fragrant, star-shaped porcelain flowers.

Give it bright, indirect light to keep the variegation strong, and let the top inch or two of soil dry between waterings; hoyas store water in those succulent leaves. Keep it a bit root-bound and undisturbed, which is exactly the treatment that coaxes blooming.
