Snow Hill is a white-flowered meadow sage, sending up short, crisp spikes of clean white over a compact mound of aromatic gray-green foliage. It blooms heavily in early summer and repeats well after a shearing, staying 1 to 2 feet tall, and white slots into any color scheme you already have.
Grow it in full sun to part sun in soil with reasonable drainage; it tolerates clay and dry spells better than its delicate look suggests. Cut it back by half after the first flush for another round. Bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds all use it; deer do not.
