Sold in February to get you a head start on warm-season color, this celosia brings deep purple plumes that hold their velvety texture right through summer heat without fading or getting leggy. It takes full sun and regular water, and deadheading spent flowers keeps them coming until frost.

Set plants 12 inches apart in beds or containers for a dense, uniform look. The dark purple reads rich against silver-leafed companions or bright chartreuse foliage.
