Winter color that actually holds up in Alabama cold comes down to pansies, and Colossus takes the size game seriously—those outsized blooms stay bold through February. The blotched faces give each flower personality, with enough variety in the mix to keep a planting from feeling monotonous.

Plant them now for immediate impact through spring, or hold them until late January for a final push before warmer weather arrives. They'll fade once heat sets in, but until then you've got real presence in the garden beds.
