‘Autumnalis’ is the cherry that can't wait: soft pink semi-double blooms open in fall and again in earliest spring, on mild winter days sprinkling flowers in between. A graceful, spreading tree to about 20–25 feet.
Full sun and well-drained soil are essential, as with all flowering cherries. Plant it where you'll see it from a window in November — that first out-of-season bloom never stops being a pleasure.
