About this plant
‘Double Mint’ gardenia is the compact one of the group, reaching only about 3 feet tall and wide, with fully double white blooms that repeat through the season. Its intense fragrance comes in a size that fits a tight bed without crowding its neighbors.
Give it acidic, well-drained soil, morning sun with afternoon shade, and a layer of mulch. Keep it evenly watered while it is in bloom. Its modest footprint suits a foundation corner, a small border, or a container.
