Cordyline 'Maria' is a ti plant with long, lance-shaped leaves saturated in pink and red over deep maroon-green, and the newest growth comes in brightest. It grows as an upright, palm-like accent that brings serious color indoors without needing a single flower.

Bright, indirect light keeps the pinks intense; a dim room fades new growth toward green. Keep the soil evenly moist but not soggy, give it warmth and a bit of humidity, and keep it away from cold drafts and temperatures below the mid-50s. Wipe the leaves occasionally so the color stays glossy.
