Violet tubular flowers crowd this bushy annual from late winter straight through spring and into early summer heat. It takes full sun and regular water, blooming nonstop without the legginess that trips up older cuphea varieties.

At 12–16 inches tall, Diana fits tight spaces in borders or mixed containers. Deadheading keeps the show going, though the plant will flower even if you don't fuss with it.
